PERUVIAN YARNS
Peruvian PIMA and TANGUIS cottons are one of the finest in the world. Their long fibers make for strong, durable, smooth and lustrous fabrics. Additionally, Pima cotton's fine texture makes it ideal for mercerization.
APPAREL
PERU has a tradition for high quality manufacturing and workmanship. We can produce a diverse spectrum of products in regular, petite and big and tall sizes for adults, children and infants. In knits, we manufacture: tee shirts, tanks, pants, rompers, onesies, polos, jackets, underwear, pijamas and lounge wear; in wovens, premium shirts in 100/2 pima cotton, pants, shorts, denim; and in sweaters, crewnecks, v necks, cardigans, roll necks, etc in cotton, acrylic, alpaca, baby alpaca and many blends. We can also source alpaca and alpaca blended accessories like shawls, scarves, stoles, ponchos and capes, and home goods like bed linens, quilts, blankets, cushions and covers. We can also supply artisanal hand made products.
ECO – APPAREL
We can offer apparel made of certified organic cotton in natural colors or dyed to custom colors.
PERFORMANCE APPAREL
Performance / activewear apparel for golf, running, cycling, among other sports. We can use specialized performance yarns or can add features during the finishing process. Performance features include: wicking, UV protection, antibacterial protection, soil release, water repellance, Cold Black, etc. To give garments the functionality they require, we can also offer seamless and bonded constructions.
PRINTING/EMBROIDERY
Capacities include traditional screen prints, continuous fabric printing, digital printing, heat transfers, conventional and digital sublimation, burn outs, custom embroidery and applications.
We also offer graphic design support for our customers.
WASHES
Variety of washes including vintage, color loss, tye dye, stone, sand, enzyme, croma, batik, whiskers, sprays, stripes and ecological washes.
FABRICS
We source a vast array of knit, warp and woven fabrics in assorted structures and yarn counts.
